Job Specifics:
- Supporting the Planning Manager in the MRO’s part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO)
- Preparation of documentation and planning activities
- Maintenance work scheduling
- Use of integrated software for work ordering, task assignment and part procurement
- Management of spares inventory
- Management of logistics activities
- Ensure purchasing and sub-contracted overhaul agency activities meet requirements
- Issue maintenance work orders and packages for routine and non-routine maintenance
- Provide task cards to engineers and mechanics
- Advise Planning Manager of cost effectiveness of maintenance and purchasing activities
- Filing of time-life data of all controlled items of the Aircraft maintenance Program (AMP)
- Interpret maintenance requirements into maintenance tasks
- Coordination and selection of aircraft components and materials suppliers prior to ordering parts
- Coordination of management of third-party maintenance providers, their delivery, documentation and completion of work
What You Need:
- Experience in maintenance planning for an Airline, MRO or ACMI
- Background in aviation maintenance desireable
- EU Right to Work
