On behalf of a well established MRO we are searching for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team in sunny Malta.

Maintenance Operations:
- Ensure the satisfactory completion and certification of all maintenance work required by contracted operators and customers in accordance with approved work specifications, work orders, and MOE procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organisational procedures and standards when carrying out maintenance activities.
- Ensure all subcontracted work orders are correctly detailed, and that contractual inspection and quality control requirements are fulfilled.
- Ensure the availability of facilities appropriate to the planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure the availability of a suitable working environment for maintenance personnel and maintain overall responsibility for the cleanliness of maintenance facilities and locations.
- Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, materials, and maintenance data required to perform approved maintenance activities.
- Ensure sufficient competent personnel are available to plan, perform, supervise, inspect, and certify maintenance work.
- Organise and manage, in conjunction with operators, the recovery of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations at remote locations and line stations.
- Host and lead Production Meetings.
What You Need:
- Valid EASA Aircraft Maintenance License
- Experience on the B777 and B737
- Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable
- EU Right to Work
