We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Control Controller (MCC) to support day-to-day airline operations. This is a strategic position within the maintenance control unit, directly influencing technical reliability and on-time performance through efficient coordination and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage technical events in real time across the active fleet.
• Communicate with pilots and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Liaise with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of corrective actions.
• Ensure that maintenance actions are carried out within required timelines, prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Maintain an overview of fleet technical status, including deferred defects, MEL management, and troubleshooting cases.
• Document events and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid background in aircraft maintenance or technical operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Effective communicator in a multilingual, cross-functional environment.
• Previous experience in MCC or operational maintenance roles is preferred.
• Eligible to work in a high-standard EASA-regulated environment.

• Salary: CHF 87,180 – 90,300, depending on experience.
